Intersections Magazine is a magazine published by the Cal Poly College of Science and Math every year that highlights some of the biggest research projects, events, and people in the college. I had the pleasure of providing many of the photographs featured in the magazine.

My supervisors had the idea to have real students and faculty shown on the front cover in front of a new wall at Cal Poly that reads ‘DISCERE FACIENDO’ (‘Learn By Doing’ in Latin). The goal was to get them slightly out of focus while walking into the building which took some time to get exactly right as can be seen by the contact sheets below.
